Make a privacy request

Use this form to see a summary of your data, correct or erase it, withdraw a consent, nominate someone to act for you, or raise a complaint. A parent or lawful guardian can make a request for their learner. We acknowledge every request within 48 hours and complete it within 30 days.

Give the email or phone number you used with us (at least one), so we can find your data and confirm it is you.

From your payment confirmation email, if you have one.

We use these details only to handle your request and keep a record of it. Before we act, we may contact you to confirm it is you.
